Job Description

【Job Responsibilities】
1. Provide Chinese‑Japanese interpretation for various internal technical meetings, including consecutive interpretation, whispered interpretation and simultaneous interpretation. Ensure smooth communication for technical discussions and solution reviews, and accurately convey specialized technical information.
2. Deliver escort interpretation for visits by external partners and suppliers to support business negotiations, on‑site discussions and site tours, facilitating effective cross‑border communication.
3. Offer interpretation support for company‑wide plenary meetings via consecutive interpretation, whispered interpretation, simultaneous interpretation and other modes to guarantee accurate and consistent information delivery for large‑scale events.
4. Participate in written translation of technical‑related documents and complete selected Chinese‑Japanese translation assignments while ensuring the professionalism and readability of translated texts.
5. Perform auxiliary tasks for interpretation and translation work, such as sorting out meeting materials and proofreading translated documents.
【Job Qualifications】
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), capable of efficient document editing and organization.
2. Possess hands‑on experience in simultaneous interpretation or have received systematic professional training in simultaneous interpretation, and be able to adapt to interpretation requirements of diverse meeting scenarios.
3. Have practical experience in technical interpretation and written translation; capable of understanding technical contexts and translating specialized content precisely.
4. Have received professional translation training or accumulated on‑the‑job experience in corporate translation roles, and be familiar with translation standards for business and technical contexts.
5. Demonstrate excellent on‑site adaptability to resolve unexpected communication issues during meetings; strong sense of responsibility with meticulous and rigorous work ethics.
