Project Manager (Luxury Residential Remodeling)
This is a true Project Manager role within a polished, process-driven environment - not a coordinator, not an assistant.

What a Project Manager Does Here
As the Project Manager , your responsibilities include:
Managing high-end residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final walk-through
Developing scopes, budgets & schedules with precision and proactive planning
Coordinating with architects, designers, engineers, and homeowners to maintain alignment and expectations
Overseeing subcontractors and field teams while ensuring quality, safety, and accountability
Driving project timelines , sequencing work, and resolving bottlenecks before they impact schedule
Reviewing drawings, specs, finish schedules, and change orders with exceptional attention to detail
Conducting site visits to verify progress, craftsmanship, and adherence to design intent
Managing client communication with professionalism, clarity, and a luxury-level service mindset
Tracking budgets, invoices, and materials to maintain financial accuracy and cost control
Ensuring punch lists and final details meet the firm's elevated quality standards
Representing the brand with integrity, poise, and a solutions-oriented approach
