Schedule: 2nd shift, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday–Thursday (4x10s) with potential overtime
Pay rate: $36 –$42/hour

In this role, you’ll plan daily work, coordinate labor/materials, remove roadblocks, and partner with engineering and quality to hit safety, quality, and schedule targets—while developing a strong, consistent team.
